The Port is continuing to plan its growth, and we are in the process of updating our Strategic Business Plan for the next 5 years. Our consultants, Makers Architecture, BergerAbam Engineering and BST Associates have started the process of meeting with local stakeholders, reviewing local and regional needs, and examining the Port's strengths and weaknesses in order to provide a comprehensive plan for the next five years. This project is possible through funding by a Business Oregon Port Planning and Marketing Fund Grant and a US Department of Agriculture Rural Business Enterprise Grant.
